It uses a hybrid learning format that combines assigned reading with supplemental learning experiences. Participants read the designated chapters and then either watch a supplemental video or complete an experiential learning activity designed to deepen and apply the material. The training concludes with a multiple-choice exam to assess understanding of the content.
